Moberly Climate and Culture Survey Finds Most Teachers Satisfied

The survey found that on a scale of 1 to 4, nearly half of the 144 respondents rated their satisfaction with their role a 4, and most of the rest rated it a 3. Most felt valued and supported by their supervisors. When asked what would improve the climate and culture, the top three responses were increased compensation, moving to a four-day school week, and more communication. The school board also approved a 120 thousand dollar contract with Fusion Technologies for 400 new Chromebooks.
