Missouri Sets New Record With 2023-24 Deer Harvest

The 2023-24 Missouri deer season came to an end last week. Monroe County Conservation Agent Jessica Filla says the season was a record-setter for the state.
Filla adds those numbers were reflected in area counties.
The deer harvest numbers were also helped by additional hunting opportunities.
Missouri’s deer population is also steadily increasing.
