Missouri House Gives Bipartisan Approval for Childcare Tax Credit Legislation

The Missouri House of Representatives approved a Childcare Tax Credit bill last week by a vote of 113-39. Representative Cheri Toalson Reisch of Hallsville says Missouri needs this.
House Bill 1488 is sponsored by Representative Brenda Shields of St. Joseph. Toalson Reisch says it would provide multiple benefits to the state.
Shields filed a similar bill last year which failed to pass through the Senate.
