Mexico Updates City Data and Voice Service

The Mexico City Council this week approved a new contract with Socket for data and voice service for the city government, including City Hall, the Maintenance Building, Animal Shelter, Wastewater Treatment Plant and Aquatic Center. City Manager Bruce Slagle says the previous contract with Spectrum expired.

Slagle says the bidding was competitive.

Slagle says the total cost to the city will only go up about 70 dollars a month. The city council also heard Monday that Mexico had a clean audit for the past year.
