Marceline City Manager Retiring at the End of the Week

Marceline City Manager Richard Hoon will retire from his position at the end of the week. Hoon had served as city manager for the past eight years. He discusses his decision to retire.

Hoon’s career spans 20 years in city administration in Missouri and Florida. Marceline City Clerk Lindsay Krumpelman will serve as interim city manager until a permanent one is named.
