Macon County Health Department to Hold Open House

This week marks National Public Health Week. It is meant to recognize the contributions of public health and highlight the ways it helps communities across the country. In honor of the week, the Macon County Health Department will hold an Open House at its office from 8 to 10 Thursday morning to showcase their services. The event will include free cholesterol and blood sugar screenings, free blood pressure checks, and healthy snack options.
