Lady Greyhound Softball Starts Season

The MACC Lady Greyhounds softball team takes the field for the first time Friday and Saturday with a pair of doubleheaders at Jackson State of Tennessee, followed by a doubleheader at Columbia State Sunday. Coach Matt Bauer goes over his pitching staff.

Bauer plans to use multiple pitchers all season long.

Bauer says he has a number of players who have shown they can hit.

Bauer says the players may have played as many games a season in summer ball, but it still isn’t the same as playing a college schedule.
