Kirksville Crews Addressing Potholes

This is the time of the year where not only MoDOT, but local public works crews are busy battling a familiar problem. Kirksville Assistant City Manager Ash Young says it’s potholes.
Young says this is always a challenge, and seemingly never-ending task.
