Grime Concerned About A Bill That Would Make Library Boards Elected

A bill has been filed in the House of Representatives that would require any Missouri library that levies and collects taxes to have an elected library board. The Director of Little Dixie Regional Libraries, Rachael Grime has a couple of concerns starting with dollars.

Grime also says a library board shouldn’t be about politics.

Grime explains how her current board is formed.

The bill is sponsored by Republican State Representative Tony Lovasco of St. Charles County.
