Greyhounds Awards Presented at Banquet
The MACC basketball teams announced their individual awards for the season at Saturday night’s banquet. For the Lady Hounds, McKenna Eddings was the Most Outstanding Player. Keiori Lee was the Offensive Player of the Year and winner of the Lady Greyhound Award. Ahmya Boyce was the Defensive Player of the Year. T’Aaliyah Miner was the Newcomer of the Year. Jenny Ntambwe was the Freshman of the Year. Bukky Akinsola was Most Improved. Arianna Bennett and Daria Douglas were the Student-Athlete Award winners. Student Assistant T.K. Finley won the Move As One Award. For the men, Jaheim Tanksley was named the Offensive Player of the Year. Trevor Spillers was the Defensive Player of the Year. Raeshaun Ambris was named Best All-Around Player.Tedrick Washington won the Leadership Award. Brandon Hall was named the Freshman of the Year. Ade Popoola was Most Improved. Noah Gordon won the Academic Award. Isaac Nobles won the Hutsell Award. Gordon and Douglas won the Booster Club Award winners.The Stu Clark Booster Club Member of the Year was Pat Burke, and a Lifetime Booster Club Award went to Jonn Bosecker.
