Former Truman PG Steps Away From Coaching

One of the leaders in career games played for the Truman men’s basketball program is stepping away from coaching. Andy Guethle has coached Melhville High School in St. Louis the past 16 seasons. His team this past season advanced to the Class 5 state quarterfinals.

Guethle started all four years at Truman State including his first game as a freshman in 1996. He was the point guard for the Bulldogs’ 1999 national semifinal team. His 114 games played is 4th all-time at Truman.
