Farnsworth Street Dedication on Saturday

The Kirksville R-III School District and the City of Kirksville will hold a ceremony Saturday at 10am to dedicate the section of roadway between South Cottage Grove and East Normal Avenues as “Steve Farnsworth Drive”. The naming of this roadway is meant as a lasting tribute to former Kirksville Chief of Police Steve Farnsworth, who died suddenly in October. Those who wish to attend this outdoor event are asked to park in the Kirksville High School Parking Lot.
