Ethanol Backers Tout Fuel As Immediate Pump Price Relief

Biofuel backers already frustrated by court setbacks and regulatory hurdles inhibiting expanded ethanol use in the U.S. are clamoring for the administration to embrace the fuel as an immediate solution to record gas prices.  Geoff Cooper is CEO and President of the Renewable Fuels Association.

Cooper is critical of the Biden Administration’s consideration of importing oil from elsewhere, rather than relying on domestically produced ethanol.
