Conservation Agent Says Fishing on the Rise

Shelby County conservation Agent Kevin Lockard says fishing is starting to pick up on area lakes and streams.

Limits and regulations are different from one body of water to another.

Lockard adds that fishermen need to make sure they have their updated fishing permit with them.
