Columbia Man Seriously Injured in Motorcycle Accident

A Columbia man was seriously injured when his motorcycle hit a pickup that crossed his path at the intersection of 763 and Boone Industrial Boulevard in Columbia around 4:30pm Wednesday. The State Highway Patrol says 24-year-old William Richmond hit the rear of the truck driven by 36-year-old Tyler Sell of Wentzville. Richmond was taken to a local hospital. Sell was not hurt.
