COLD WEATHER RULE RUNS UNTIL MARCH 31st

The Cold Weather Rule remains in place through March 31st. Ryan Silvey, the Chairman of the Missouri Public Service Commission, says the measure is designed to help customers with heat-related utility bills.
The Cold Weather Rule applies to natural gas and electric companies under the jurisdiction of the PSC that provide heat-related service.
The Cold Weather Rule has been a part of the Commission’s rules since 1977.
