Clark Man Seriously Injured in Boone County Accident

A Clark man was seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash on Route 163 just west of Tom Bass Road in Boone County around 12:50pm Tuesday. The State Highway Patrol reports a car driven by 34-year-old Jacob Noel of Ashland was westbound and crossed the center of the road, striking the front of an eastbound pickup driven by 81-year old Carl Heuer of Clark. Heuer had serious injuries, and Noel had moderate ones. Both were taken to Columbia.
