Clarence Aiming for February Daycare Opening

The City of Clarence looks to open its daycare center by February 1st. City Administrator Dennie Carothers says all prerequisites for the building have been completed.

Carothers notes staff shortages for the state have delayed inspection for the building.

Carothers adds an inspection won’t be completed until after the new year.
