CIS Lions Claim Scholar Bowl State Championship; North Shelby Denied Second Crown

Three area teams all made appearances in state championship matches at MSHSAA’s Scholar Bowl Challenge on Friday. Kyle Hill has this report.

Palmyra and Hallsville will face each other Saturday afternoon at noon to kick off round-robin play in Class Four. Sullivan and defending champions College Heights Christian of Joplin are also in the field. Columbia Hickman will represent the region in the Class Six tournament.
