Woman Faces Charges After Crash West of Madison

A Madison woman was booked for DWI and failure to stay on the right side of the road after an accident on Highway 24, five miles west of Madison, around 11:30 last night. The State Highway Patrol says 32-year-old Cassandra Galligan’s car went off the right side of the road. She overcorrected. The car went off the left side of the road and overturned. She was taken to MRMC with moderate injuries.
