Wife of Former Regional Radio Owner Died Monday

77-year-old Tamara Shepherd, the wife of David Shepherd, the former owner of KWIX-KRES, died Monday in Sarasota, Florida. Per her request, there will be no services. She is survived by her husband David, children Jeff, Dru, Ryan, Ashley, Lisa and Angela along with five grandchildren. She was a lifelong Moberly resident, former member of the Moberly Parks Board, worked at KWIX-KRES for over 26 years, and was an avid Greyhound supporter.
