WESTRAN FIRE PROTECTION RESPONDS TO LARGE STRUCTURE FIRE – NO INJURIES

The Westran Fire Protection District responded to a residential structure fire on County Road 1245 about midnight Thursday. Westran Fire Chief Tony Bell says there were no injuries.
Bell details the damage.
Bell says the owner was home when the fire started.
The Westran fire chief indicates the investigation will be difficult.
Bell thanked the area fire districts, Randolph County Sheriff’s Department, and City of Moberly for their assistance. Bell said Moberly helped with nearby hydrant water.
