Wertz Previews Veterans Day Ceremony

The annual Veterans Day Ceremony at the VFW takes place Wednesday morning. VFW Commander Chris Wertz says one of the changes brought on by COVID this year is canceling the parade.
Wertz says the event typically has a very good turnout.
The theme for this year’s ceremony is “Patriotism Counts.”
The ceremony takes place at the VFW in Moberly Wednesday at 11am.
