Victim and Suspect Identified in Columbia Homicide Saturday Night

The victim and suspect in a Columbia homicide Saturday night has been identified. 39-year-old Anthony Lockwood of Columbia was found unresponsive in the middle of Sycamore Hills Road. Probable cause was developed to believe that 44-year-old David E. Myers of Columbia is responsible for killing Mr. Lockwood. Early this morning Myers was arrested and booked into the Boone County jail for the charges of 2nd Degree Murder and Armed Criminal Action.
