Veterans Home Considered for Marceline

A project that has been talked about before, that would see a veterans home established in Marceline, was revisited last week. State Representative Tim Remole, and several other lawmakers toured the proposed facility, which is a former hospital.

This was Remole’s final session of the general assembly.

The Excello lawmaker says funding has always been the main concern.
