Veteran High School Principal to Lead Schuyler County

Schuyler County Principal Kyle Windy is set to become the district’s superintendent beginning with the next academic year. Steve Carvajal has retired.
He says Schuyler County has become home.
However, Windy admits he won’t be able to fulfill one request.
Windy says he doesn’t plan on doing any coaching next year when he becomes the district’s superintendent. Former Novinger Superintendent Rick Roberts is leading the district through the remainder of the school year.
