Ventresco Enjoying Time as Milan City Administrator

Fred Ventresco officially took over as the new City Administrator of Milan in September. He took over a position which had been unoccupied for several months. Despite this tricky transition, Ventresco says his first few months have been very enjoyable.
Ventresco had 15 years of experience of working in state and local government administRation. He says that prior experience was beneficial in taking over an unoccupied position.
While the work experience is familiar for Ventresco, moving to Milan, Missouri brought a brand new experience. He had previously spent his entire life living and working in the northeastern United States. He had spent the last two years as the Town Administrator of Sandisfield, Massachusetts.
