Variety of Guest Speakers Scheduled for Volunteer Training Symposium in Macon

Guest speakers and breakout sessions will highlight the Community Volunteer Corps (CVC) Training Symposium scheduled for September 8th at the Macon County Expo Center. Macon County Health Department Administrator Mike Chambers discusses some of the speakers.

The CVC is looking to build its volunteer corps up both in Macon County and across the region. CVC Coordinator Cheryl Blaise says some of the speakers draw upon their volunteer experience.
