Use of Force From Moberly Police Going Down

Use of force by law enforcement is in the national spotlight. During Monday’s Moberly City Council meeting, Police Chief Troy Link said the number of times his officers have used force has declined.
The numbers used to be higher.
Link says training on the proper use of force is something that begins early in an officer’s career.
During Monday’s meeting, the council again selected Jerry Jeffrey as mayor, and chose Tim Brubaker as mayor pro tem.
