Update on Lady Hounds Softball Preparations

The Lady Hounds softball team is getting closer to taking the field for the first time. Coach Matt Bauer says the process of starting a new program has gone as well as could be expected.
Coming from coaching high school softball in Minnesota, Bauer felt the need to get out to recruit.
He’s happy with his first recruiting class.
He says about a dozen come from schools within about an hour of Moberly. The team will have 14 scrimmages this fall.
