The first year of the Brunswick/Keytesville/Northwestern co-op has been successful so far, as the BK Thunder takes a 19-0 record into Wednesday night’s Class 1 sectional round game at home against Norborne. The Brunswick/Keytesville co-op won the district title last year as well, but the success is a change for the Northwestern players, whose team went 2-9 last year. Assistant coach Aaron Bell…
Norborne is 17-2, with both losses coming to the Thunder a week apart in September. Bell expects a challenge from the Lady Pirates.
Bell says the key for his team will be hitting.
The winner plays Atlanta or Canton on Saturday.
