Two People Injured in Saline County Motorcycle Accident

Two people were injured in a motorcycle accident on Route H west of Norway Avenue, near Nelson in Saline County, around 8:15 Tuesday evening. The State Highway Patrol reports 50-year-old Robert Edde of Marshall struck a deer in the road and ran off the right side of the road. Both Edde and 48-year-old passenger Jennifer Edde of Malta Bend were ejected. She had serious injuries. He had moderate injuries. Both were taken to Columbia.
