Two Moberly Residents Hurt in Accident Near Renick

Two Moberly residents had minor injuries in an accident on Northbound 63 near the Renick intersection around 6:05 Saturday night. The State Highway Patrol says an SUV driven 67-year-old Tommy Beal of Fayette merged into the left lane and hit one driven by 33-year-old Christy McClaskey of Moberly. McClaskey’s vehicle came to rest in the median. She and a passenger, 40-year-old Michael Perfater of Moberly, were both taken by a private vehicle to MRMC. Beal was not hurt.
