Two Kids Hurt in Monroe City UTV Accident

Two girls were seriously hurt when their UTV skidded and overturned onto the driver’s side two miles south of Santa Fe around 12:30 Saturday afternoon. The State Highway Patrol says that happened along Monroe County Road 606. The vehicle was driven by a 13-year-old girl from Perry, and a nine-year-old girl from Paris was a passenger. They were both flown to Columbia.
