Truman’s Brodric Thomas Signs as a Two-Way Player for the Cleveland Cavaliers

NBA.com and other sources report the Cleveland Cavaliers signed former Truman State standout Brodric Thomas to a Two-Way contract Wednesday. Thomas played in four games this season with the Houston after joining the team’s 2020 training camp roster and being converted to a Two-Way player for the Rockets on December 19. The former GLVC Player of the Year was waived by the Rockets on February 12th and he returned to their NBA G League affiliate, the Rio Grande Valley Vipers, on February 14th. Thomas has played in eight games (all starts) this season with the Vipers, averaging 16.4 points, 7.8 rebounds, 3.0 assists.
