Truman Women Get a Rematch With Lindenwood in the GLVC Tournament
The Truman State women get a rematch with Lindenwood in the quarterfinals of the Great Lakes Valley Conference Tournament Friday afternoon on the campus of Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. The Bulldogs dug themselves an early hole, rallied back to take a fourth quarter lead, only to fall to the Lions 72-65 in Kirksville. This game features the 4 and 5 seeds in the tournament and the 7th and 9th ranked teams in the Midwest Region. Truman coach Theo Dean gives the keys to extending the season…..
Truman is 20-7. Lindenwood finished the regular season 18-8. The Lions are led by Kallie Bildner, who averages 22 points and nearly 12 rebounds per game.
