Truman Tries To Slow Down The High-Flying Hawks Offense
Truman’s GLVC-leading defense will be tested the next two weeks with two of the top offenses in the country. The back-to-back games will begin with a short trip to Quincy this Saturday afternoon. The Bulldogs have won six in a row, after a season-opening loss, and are tied with UIndy for first place in the GLVC at 3-0. Truman has won five straight over their neighbors across the river and seven-of-eight since joining the conference. Coach Nesbitt says this is a better Hawks team….
The Hawks are 4-4 and 1-2 in the GLVC. Coach Bass says this is another opportunity to narrow the gap in the GLVC….
