Truman Men Now Go For a GLVC Tournament Title

After winning a share of the Great Lakes Valley Conference regular season championship, the Truman State men go for a postseason tournament title starting Friday with a quarterfinal meeting with Rockhurst in the 3-6 contest. In the regular season, the Bulldogs lost at Rockhurst by three then blew out the Hawks by 21 at home. ‘Dogs coach Jeff Horner lists the keys to winning the rubber game.
The Bulldogs are led by GLVC Player of the Year Brodric Thomas.
Horner and the Bulldogs are 20-8. Rockhurst enters the tournament with a record of 16-12. Coverage from Edwardsville, Illinois will begin with the Truman Tipoff at 5:45pm Friday on Superstation KRES and centralmoinfo.com.
