In Nesbitt’s one season as Central Methodist defensive coordinator in 2006 he faced a Jed Stugart-led MidAmerica Nazarence team. Two Columbia high school products start for Lindenwood in running back Nash Sutherlin from Battle and left guard Logan Wright of Rock Bridge. Alex Faddoul from Helias is the backup quarterback to the GLVC Offensive Player of the Week, Cade Brister, who threw for 415 yards and four touchdowns in a 42-37 victory over McKendree last week.
