Truman Bulldogs Look For A Season Sweep At SBU

The Truman basketball teams wrap up the regular season on the road starting with a stop in Bolivar to play Southwest Baptist Thursday night. The Bulldog men sit third in the GLVC Point Rating System rankings, with a conference record of 11-7. One of those wins was against SBU 84-58 at Pershing Arena on January 18th. The Bulldogs are 14-12. The Bearcats are 2-16 in the GLVC and 6-20 overall.

The Truman women also beat SBU 99-75 in the early matchup. The Bulldogs hit 16 three-pointers including seven from Claire Rake. Coach Theo Dean on the rematch….

SBU junior and Paris High School graduate, Tori Hamilton is coming off her career-high 22 points, along with 12 rebounds and six blocks in a win over Missouri S&T on Saturday. The Bearcats are 6-14 in the GLVC and 10-16 overall. The Bulldogs are 4-16 in the conference and 7-19 overall.
