Wollmering and assistant coach Leslie Hardesty took any Bulldog track and field athletes that still wanted to compete, to the Jim Duncan Invitational at Drake University yesterday (Fri), but also gave them the opportunity to go home and be with their families for the Easter weekend.

Schwegler would have been 64 on Friday. He is survived by his wife Nancy and two sons, Matt and Sam.
