Truman All-American Cade McKnight Transferring to Indiana State

Former Truman State forward Cade McKnight announced he is transferring to Indiana State Thursday. The two-time All-American joins the Indiana State basketball program after a standout career at Truman State where he helped the Bulldogs to 20-wins and the Division II NCAA Tournament for three consecutive seasons. He was one of the top scorers in the GLVC this past season, finishing the year with 19.2 points per game to earn First Team All-GLVC honors. McKnight ends his Truman career fourth on the program’s all-time scoring list with 1,608 points. McKnight played and started 100 games in his Truman career, averaging 15.9 points, 5.4 rebounds, 1.8 assists while shooting 57.5 percent from the field and 37.4 percent from distance.
