The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission awarded a three-and-a-half million dollar contract for resurfacing some Randolph County roads and one stretch that extends into Macon County. The projects are:

An eight mile stretch of U.S. Route 24 west of Randolph County Route C to just east of U.S. Route 63 near Moberly.

23 miles of Route C from Huntsville to near Route 36 in Macon County.

A nine mile stretch of Randolph County Route A from Business 63 in Moberly to the Randolph County Route B junction near Higbee.

Randolph County Route EE from Route 63 to where state maintenance ends.

An 18 mile stretch of Randolph County Route B from Route 63 near Clark to Route 3 near Roanoke.

The work could begin as early as this spring and should be completed before this fall.
