Train Hits Side-by-Side Near Mendon

The State Highway Patrol reports a Burlington Northern Santa Fe train hit a side-by-side vehicle at Mike Road, north of Mendon, around 8:40 this (Mon.) morning. No one was hurt, but the vehicle and the train engine both had damage. The road is open, but train traffic in the area is delayed.
