Toalson Reisch Discusses Medical Marijuana Licensing Issues

Over the past week the Missouri House Oversight Committee has held multiple hearings discussing medical marijuana issues. The issues have cropped up after Missouri voters approved legalizing medical marijuana in 2018. Representative Cheri Toalson Reisch says most of the issues can be chalked up to growing pains.
Toalson Reisch shares her views on how medical marijuana has been implemented so far in Missouri.
The main issue being addressed is how licenses were approved for medical marijuana dispensaries.
