Tina Man Killed in Highway 36 Accident

A Tina man was killed in an accident on Highway 36 two miles west of Brookfield around 5:30pm Sunday. The State Highway Patrol says 21-year-old Blane Huessner was a passenger in a pickup driven by 21-year-old Alexander Heussner of Tina. The truck went off the right side of the westbound lanes, hit a pickup driven by 62-year-old Ralph Agee of Liberty, went back over the road, and overturned in the median, ejecting both. Blane Huessner was pronounced dead at Samaritan Hospital in Macon around 8:10pm. Alexander Huessner had minor injuries and sought treatment on his own. Agee was not injured.
