Three People Seriously Injured in Macon County Accident

Three people were injured in a Macon County accident last night. The accident took place just after 10 on Route T, one mile east of College Mound. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol a jeep driven by 18-year-old Anthony Fields of Moberly ran off the right side of the road and overturned. Fields suffered serious injuries in the accident. His passengers 19-year-old Cecila Warring of Excello and a 17-year-old teenage girl from Moberly were also seriously injured. Both Fields and the teen were taken by Air E-VAC to Columbia. Warring was taken by ground transport to Columbia.
