Three People Injured in Randolph County Accident

Three people were injured in a two-vehicle accident in Randolph County Tuesday morning. The accident occurred at 11 on Route A, one mile south of Moberly. A pickup truck driven by 81-year-old Terry Bagby of Huntsville was eastbound while a van driven by 72-year-old Patrick Boone of Sturgeon was southbound. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Bagby failed to yield and pulled into the path of Boone resulting in a collision. Boone and one of his passengers, 52-year-old Jan Boone, also of Sturgeon, suffered serious injuries. Another passenger, 70-year-old James Boone of Higbee had moderate injuries. All three were taken to Columbia. Bagby was uninjured.
