Three Macon Residents Injured In A Route 63 Accident Near Cairo

Three Macon residents were injured in a one-vehicle accident on Highway 63, two miles north of Cairo, just before 3:00 Friday afternoon. The State Highway Patrol reports a vehicle driven by 56-year old Rachelle Tolson-Galbreath traveled off the left side of the roadway, struck a culvert, and overturned. Tolson-Galbreath suffered serious injuries and was taken to Columbia. Passengers 59-year old Tommy Tolson received moderate injuries and 61-year old Elmer Phillips sustained minor injuries.
