After being canceled last year due to COVID-19, the Railroad Memorabilia and Model Train Show is back for its tenth addition this weekend at the Walsworth Community Center in Marceline. Chairman of the Train Show Committee, Dennis VanDyke, says there’s a variety of activities to entertain all ages.

A concert performed by Zack Burke and The Katatonics will also take place in the park Saturday beginning at 6pm. Vendors for the memorabilia and model train shows will begin setting up Friday. VanDyke reports they’ve received a high demand for vendor space this year.

VanDyke adds the model train layouts that will be on display vary in their designs.

The only activity that requires a fee for admission is the Marceline railroad history display at the Walt Disney Museum. All other activities at the Tenth Annual Railroad Memorabilia and Model Train Show in Marceline are free of charge. The show runs from 9am to 4pm Saturday and 10am to 2pm Sunday.
